CHARACTERISTICS: Pink Spice (pbr) is a hardy little perennial that forms a low mound of purple foliage.

FOLIAGE: Pink Spice (pbr) has a unique, miniature size deep bronze foliage.

FLOWER: Exquisite bright pink flowers with a slightly pale edge giving them a sweet effect.

HABIT: Pink Spice (pbr) grows to 20cm high and 90cm wide.

USES: Pink Spice (pbr) is very versatile, it makes an excellent ground cover for banks and is very effective for under planting. It also makes a brilliant hanging baskets and great feature pot specimens.

HARDINESS: Pink Spice (pbr)) will tolerate frosts, coastal and dry conditions.

CULTURE: Pink Spice (pbr) prefers well drained soil, in a pot keep well drained and use a premium quality potting mix.

POSITION: Pink Spice (pbr) must have FULL SUN.

HABIT: Grows to 20cm high and 50cm wide.

USES: Echidna Grass is ideal for rockeries, borders, planting on masse, or as a pet Echidna in a pot on the front patio.

CHARACTERISTICS: Echidna Grass Lomandra is a tough Aussie native that resembles the shape of an Echidna. Echidna Grass makes a great foliage feature that is easy care and low in maintenance.

FOLIAGE:
Echidna Grass Lomandra has fine short lush lime green leaves that form a rounded neat clump.

HABIT: Echidna Grass has a compact habit growing to a clump of 30cm.


HARDINESS: This selected form of confertifolia is native to Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, where weather conditions vary from hot, wet, humid summers to cold frosty winters. Echidna Grass is not only drought tolerant once established in the ground, but will handle the humid conditions not normally suited to drought tolerant plants.

CULTURE: Prefers to be free draining in a pot or in ground.

POSITION: Performs best in full sun or part shade.

CARE: Fertilise Echidna Grass quarterly as the seasons change with a 3-4 month native slow release fertilise; the occasional prune will also enhance the Echidna Grass shape.

WATER:. Very low water requirement once established in ground.
If in a pot keep moist and water when required.
